Terms

These terms cover the portal and the apps that John Burrell, doing business as Next Gen Workflows ("we"), builds and hosts for a business customer ("you"). By using the service you agree to them.

The service

We build, host, back up and maintain web apps for your business, and give your invited staff access through this portal. What each app does is agreed with you before we build it.

Pricing

Any price is agreed with you in writing before any charge. The pilot is free.

Your accounts and data

You decide who on your team gets access and are responsible for what happens under your accounts. Keep passwords private and tell us quickly if you think an account has been misused. Your business data stays yours. You can ask for a full export at any time.

Fair use

Don't use the service for anything illegal, to harm others, or to try to break into or overload it or other customers' apps.

Availability and backups

We work to keep apps running and back them up every night, but we can't promise the service will never be interrupted or that no data will ever be lost. We'll tell you about planned downtime when we can.

Ending the service

Either of us can end the service with 30 days' notice. We'll offer you a full export of your data, then remove it as described in our Privacy page.

Limits of responsibility

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or $100 while the service is a free pilot.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell customers about important changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
